| Al, Tom Whipple's wife here, I wanted to say I was sorry that I couldn't make the trip up to Cadillac and meet you. Tom and the boys said you and our mother were absolutely wonderful and that you made them feel comfortable in their selection of our new puppy. They were also very complimentary of all your bulldogs. Hopefully the next time I am in your area I have time to stop and meet the two of you. So far so good, he is adjusting well to the kids and the rest of the pets. I guess you could say he is establishing his "niche" in a hurry. He has such a sweet disposition and is so smart. Her favorite word besides her name seems to be "Cookie". It is funny to watch her come running (waddling is more like it) when she is about to get a treat. We have to say he has it all: looks, smarts, and a great sense of humor. He truly is a little clown and seems to enjoy keeping himself busy with all the toys we couldn't help buying for him. He has already learned to sit down and walks on his leash pretty good as well - although it was an adventure at first. Bulldog Bend ow 1. We only sell to people we have met or interviewed on
the phone. Our goal is to place our bulldog puppies in the best possible
homes we can find. 2. We will not sell to Wholesale Agencies, Pet Stores,
Brokers, Frat Houses, or Breeders deemed as Puppy Mills! 3. We sell our bulldog puppies to responsible
homeowners whose intent is to keep their bulldog inside as a house pet
and treat it as part of the family. Yearly veterinarian visits and
vaccinations are part of being a responsible bulldog owner. 4. All persons purchasing puppies must live a lifestyle
that would agree with the bulldog - Leaving a dog alone (expecially an
english bulldog) for several days is not acceptable. Purchasing an
english bulldog primarily for the sake of breeding (not loving) is not
acceptable. Pricing Our bulldog puppies range
from $1,700 to $3,000. All puppies listed on the puppies page
will have a price listing next to their picture. Pricing will be
determined by sex, show potential and whether puppy comes from European
Champion Bloodlines, our own established champion bloodlines, or if they
are champion sired by us or our affiliated kennels. All prices are firm
and non negotiable. We do accept deposits and monthly payments on future
puppies. All puppies must be paid in full before they are taken to
their new homes. Deposits Deposits will be accepted
when the puppy is at least 2 weeks old. The minimum deposit is $500.00.
Deposits are non-refundable from the buyers perspective with the
exception of any money deposited over $500.00. The initial deposit of
$500.00 will be held for another puppy or a future puppy for you. The full deposit will be
returned only for the following reasons - 1) At any time we decide not
to sell the puppy as it is determined that the welfare of the puppy
would best not be sold to buyer 2) Another legitimate reason presents
itself in which we decide not to sell the puppy to the buyer 3) The
puppy cannot be sold due to serious illness or death Payment We DO NOT accept personal
checks! We ACCEPT cashiers checks, cash, western union, certified bank
checks, postal money orders, and Visa/Mastercard. If you speak to us and
you agree to purchase the puppy, you must agree to send an overnight
priority Postal Money Order (minimum $500 deposit) to us within 48
hours, we will then place the puppy on reserve for you until we receive
the deposit payment. If we do not receive the deposit within 48 hrs, the
puppy goes back up for sale. Full payment of the puppy is due when the
puppy reaches 8 weeks of age or at time of pickup.
Shipping If you live to far away to
personally pick up your puppy we can ship the puppy to the nearest major
airport in your region of the country. All shipping costs are paid by
the buyer. We charge a flat rate of $350 for shipping (during warmer
months - May thru September the price may be higher in order to VIP the
puppy). Shipping is only performed within the continental United States
only (unless you contact us for additional costs). All shipping is on
performed through direct flights - meaning puppies do not change planes
during travel. All prices include a shipping kennel and a required USDA
Veterinarian Health Certificate obtained prior to shipping. Shipping is
arranged through American, Northwest or Delta Airlines. Only major
airports that support live animal shipments are accepted for transport.
We do not ship where originating and arrival airport temperatures exceed
70 degrees Fahrenheit at times of departure, therefore, shipments can
only be done early in the morning when this case applies. During these
warmer climates we reserve the right to ship at a schedule that permits
us to ship the puppy. Under no circumstances will
we ever ground ship a puppy! If you wish to drive and meet us we can
meet you half way by car (no more than a 4 hour drive for us in one
direction) for a fee of $150. Directions to Bulldog

email us if you would like to visit or pick up your puppy at Bulldog
Bend. We appreciate all visitors to contact us prior to their arrival to
ensure that we are here to meet you. Our Pup We breed our own puppies in our own heated and air conditioned kennels specifically designed for this purpose. All breedings are planned accordingly to improve the breed and performed in a clean environment using the safest techniques available. We never breed any of our dogs until they reach 18 months of age. We do this for health reasons to the breed. We have acquired some of the finest bloodlines in the world (both from the USA and Europe where the breed originated and has a longer history). Working closely with other kennels we only breed our females to AKC Champion Sired males and do so very selectively. All puppies come with full AKC Registration papers , a 6 month Health Guarantee and Vaccination Record (All puppies are vaccinated 6 wks and 8 wks of age). It takes quite a considerable amount of time and effort to raise a litter of bulldog puppies. To say the least it is a lot of hard work but work that we are very proud of. We love all of our adults and each puppy very much so we strive to place them in homes where they will receive only the best in care and plenty of attention. |
